Thesis Registration Roadmap

Step 1: The Prerequisites

Ensure all foundational requirements are met:

  • ✓ Pass Scientific Writing Course
  • ✓ Pass TOEFL Exam with score 450+
  • ✓ Finish required Coursework with min GPA 3.0

Step 2: Academic Setup

Define your scope and secure a supervisor.

Tip: Email professors professionally with your topic and CV to inquire about availability.

Step 3: Official Registration

Register your thesis title on the official portal.

Upon confirmation, notify your supervisor immediately & print the email.

Step 4: The Research Plan

The Research Plan (English & Arabic)

  • Submit on ASU website before Council Meeting.
  • System generates a PDF with signature template.
⚠️ Critical Warning Do NOT submit without supervisor approval. You cannot edit it after submission!

Step 5: Digital Verification

Capture the following evidence:
